Saving Along...

Your project data is saved along with the progress of changes made and saved by your Project Team. This is contingent upon the assignment of at least one valid license for an Audit Manager to a user on the project.

Archiving a Project

You can archive your project data at any time by exporting your project file in .xlsx format through the Dashboard > Export section.

The exported file can be reused in the future to import the archived data. ​

License expiry

Alert emails are sent to the Audit Manager when the expiry date is approaching, on a weekly basis until the expiry date.

The Audit Manager can then purchase a license extension to keep the project active in Baulders.

Alternatively, the Audit Manager can choose to stop using the service and allow the expiry date to pass.

In this case, on the expiry date, Baulders will restrict access to the project in the Project List.

The project will appear in grey text for 30 days, and only the project deletion action will be available unless a new license is assigned to the project.

After 30 days, the project will disappear completely from the Project List.

Thereafter, Project Data Retrieval will remain possible for 6 months for a fee from Baulders Administrator Dept by sending an email to contact@baulders.com

 Go to "Settings" button / "My account" to access the Subscription Page.

On the Subscription Page, you can see the number of access licenses used.

In Danger Zone, Click "Delete my account".

Upon confirmation, all your Project data and Baulders Network Member Profile will be deleted.

Click the "UPGRADE" button and select the appropriate plan.

Each user you invite requires an access license. Therefore you need to select a plan that gives you enough access licenses as you need users to access your Projects.

The number of licenses available and the number of licenses already assigned to users is shown in the control panel "Account settings".

Go to the Control Panel in your Account Settings.

A list of your projects and the access licenses assigned to your users will appear.

At the top of the screen, you'll see the number of remaining licenses available according to your plan.

• If your plan is an Enterprise Plan with unlimited licenses, you will see "UNLIMITED" instead of a number.

You can either delete or update the access permissions for each user listed on your Project Team.

• If you delete a line, the number of available licenses will increase by one.

After deleting or updating a user's access, the affected user will be notified, and the newly assigned user will receive an invitation to join your project via email.

app.baulders.com is currently only available in English language at this stage.

What language you use to input text in Baulders is up to you.

Please note you may need to specify specific fonts to be used when using the export or reporting output functions.

On the Project Dashboard page, go to "Team Manager".

Enter the email address of each participant and select their respective roles (Actor, Expert, Audit Manager and Stakeholder).

In your Project Dashboard, go to "Team Manager".

Select member in Member List, click delete.

Upload Documents

You can upload documents in the comment window of each project, and each Strategic Information update window.

Please note that for traceability purposes, your input text in comments, and your uploaded files will be timestamped and will be recorded irreversibly.

Currently, the following file formats are supported:  .pdf .doc .jpg .jpeg .dwg .mpp .rtf .tar .rar .zip, and all Microsoft Office file types.

Access all your project documents

On your Project dashboard, click on "Files".

Files are displayed on historical uploading order, and classified by folder.

Each folder represents its corresponding Strategic information item.

Access depends on your access right to the project and the Strategic Information.

Delete documents

You can delete documents in the comment window of each project, and each Strategic Information update window.

Just click on the trash icon on the corresponding comment line.

No, you can open only one project per access session.

To open another project, please open a new browser window, log in again to the Project List page, and open the desired project from there.

Sure! This basically means you do not need a second level of evaluation.

Your Baulders Project then acts as a checklist of Strategic Information.

You can use it for internal/personal purposes.

No, each strategic information must be assigned an actor, who can give his/her rating.

Go to "Marketplace" in the left Pane and select the service.

A Baulders Representative will contact you to curtail precisely the mission required for your Project.

A specific service contract will be proposed to you accordingly within 24-72hrs.

It will include budget for all external participants, the Audit Manager, and the required licensing for the Baulders.com tool.

Budget for your own internal actors will remain your own expenses.

Audits duration highly depend on the complexity of the Project, and can be as fast as a few days.
